Data Deletion Policy

Last updated: 8 June 2026

You can ask LIA S.R.L. to delete your account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how to make a request and what happens next.

How to request deletion

Send an email to tommaso.giudici@withlia.ai from the email address linked to your LIA account, with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include:

We may ask you to confirm a few details to verify your identity before we delete data, so that we do not act on a request from someone else.

If you signed up with Facebook or Instagram

If you logged in to LIA using Facebook or Instagram, you can remove LIA's access at any time from your Meta account settings (Settings & privacy → Apps and Websites), and you can request deletion of the data we hold by emailing us as described above. We will delete the data we received from Meta along with the rest of your account data.

What gets deleted

On a verified request we delete the personal data we hold about you, including:

What we may keep

We may retain a limited amount of data where the law requires it — for example, invoicing and transaction records that must be kept for accounting and tax purposes under Italian law — or where we need it to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements. Any data we keep is restricted to that purpose and deleted when it is no longer required.

Timeline

We confirm receipt of your request promptly and complete deletion within 30 days, unless a longer period is permitted or required by law. We will email you to confirm once your data has been deleted.
